Yesterday was a public holiday, schools closed, kids at home… and in my case, partner at work because his company doesn’t give expatriate staff public holidays (he has to take Christmas day as a day of leave, ‘sigh’).
I took care of the three girls, planned, coordinated and hosted a party for 50 people in our front yard and wore a dress I haven’t been able to fit into since before I fell pregnant with Monkey six and a half years ago.
Fabulous huh?
…and yesterday was International Woman’s Day so happy chicks day ladies!
